Dogpatch Games is always looking to add great facilitators to our team for a range of tabletop gaming programs across both adult and kids events. This is a general application for several different kinds of facilitator work. Candidates may be considered for one area or for a mix of opportunities. The strongest candidates are often those who can support multiple kinds of programming, especially across both board games and Dungeons & Dragons, and across both kids and adult audiences. We are currently hiring across three main areas: 1. Adult Board Game Programming Social board game events Corporate events Regular community events Teaching and facilitating specific board games for adult groups 2. Kids Board Game Programming Afterschool kids clubs Summer camps Private kids events Board game programming for children and teens In some cases, D&D programming as part of broader kids programs 3. Dungeons & Dragons Dungeon Masters Adult one-shots Kids one-shots Kids campaigns in afterschool clubs Kids campaigns in summer camps Occasional adult campaigns At this time, we are primarily interested in Dungeon Masters who are excited to run games for both kids and adults. We have less need right now for adult-only DMs. Dogpatch Games facilitators help create welcoming, organized, and engaging experiences for players. Depending on the program, this may mean teaching games, managing tables and group flow, running D&D sessions, supporting kids programming, helping guests feel comfortable, and representing Dogpatch Games with warmth, professionalism, and good judgment. Candidates can be a fit for one type of programming or several. The more relevant experience, flexibility, and programming buckets a candidate can cover, the stronger they are likely to be.
