About The Position

Looking to make a meaningful impact on the student experience while supporting online learning? As a Facilitator II, you will work alongside the Primary Instructor and/or Master Facilitator III to support faculty teaching online courses by responding to student questions in a timely manner, grading assignments, holding virtual office hours, and monitoring discussion boards. This flexible position averages approximately 10 hours per week when assigned to a course, with hours varying based on course needs. Requirements

• Master's degree or higher required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Grade assignments and enter grades into D2L.
• Monitor discussion boards and respond to student comments.
• Respond to student inquiries about course content and/or using D2L, the University's learning management system software.
• Hold regularly scheduled office hours in a virtual environment.
