Provides instructional leadership and coaching across multiple schools or programs to strengthen teaching practices and improve student outcomes. Leads professional learning, supports curriculum implementation, and partners with school leaders to ensure alignment to district instructional priorities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
  • Valid state teaching license
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience
  • Demonstrated instructional leadership (e.g., team lead, mentor teacher, department chair)
  • Experience supporting adult learners or facilitating professional learning
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field
  • Experience working across multiple schools or diverse settings
  • Formal training in instructional coaching or leadership development
  • Experience analyzing and using school-level data to inform instruction

Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and feedback to teachers and instructional teams across multiple sites
  • Support school leaders in strengthening instructional practices and team development
  • Model effective teaching strategies and support high-quality instruction
  • Design and facilitate professional learning for teachers and instructional teams across schools
  • Support implementation of district-adopted curriculum and instructional frameworks
  • Build capacity of teacher leaders and collaborative teams
  • Support alignment of curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices
  • Assist teachers with lesson internalization and instructional planning
  • Promote consistent, standards-based practices across sites
  • Analyze school-level data to identify trends and inform instructional decisions
  • Support schools in developing and implementing improvement strategies
  • Monitor progress and adjust support as needed
  • Partner with principals, instructional leaders, and district staff
  • Facilitate cross-school collaboration and sharing of best practices

Benefits

  • Non-Recurring Pay: 8% of base salary in Non-Recurring Pay (distributed as 4% on November paycheck and 4% on May paycheck).
  • Professional Development Fund (PDF): $1,500 annually towards a Professional Development Fund (PDF) to be used for professional growth opportunities. Amount allocated will be prorated based upon date and length of hire.
