About The Position

The Facilitator I is responsible for planning, designing, implementation, and monitoring of Authority-wide training initiatives that cover a wide range of topics for targeted competencies utilizing instructor led, virtual instructor led, and blended solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field required, with at least two (2) years of experience in Adult Learning and Organizational Behavior, including assessing, designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating Learning and Development programs.
  • 3-5 years of experience in classroom facilitation, with strong presentation skills and expertise in adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and build relationships across all employee levels.
  • Demonstrated planning, scheduling, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts instructor led (ILT) and virtual instructor led (VILT) workshops and training sessions.
  • Evaluates training effectiveness utilizing both evaluative and non-evaluative feedback.
  • Develops and executes a detailed training strategy with objectives and timelines.
  • Tailors the training sessions and workshops to meet the needs of the target audience.
  • Schedules, delivers, and coordinates training and workshop delivery with talent development team members.
  • Manages classroom logistics and classroom experience.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) and Instructional Designers with content curation, design, and implementation.
  • Analyzes the effectiveness of training and workshops provided to employees and coordinate with Instructional Designers on needed modifications.
  • Tracks and documents all training activities and maintain comprehensive training records in the Learning Management System.
  • Establishes protocol for regular evaluation and revision of existing training programs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
