Facilitation Specialist
About The Position
As a Facilitation Specialist, you will ensure agency staff and care providers are properly trained for the accomplishment of their duties and responsibilities and coordinates with staff from public and private agencies concerning training requirements. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, and who wants to help families in times of crisis to build on their strengths for healthy, long-lasting relationships by connecting them with community resources to improve their lives. We want someone who has a desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy families and a strong desire to advocate for children and their families!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in creating, maintaining, and presenting training programs or facilitating meetings is required.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required.
- Must complete a Predictive Index assessment.
