About The Position

Culture Vitale is developing its network of experts/facilitators in culture, art, well-being, and development. Culture Vitale is an international network that designs "Vitality Sessions" for companies. These are immersive experiences that combine creativity, well-being, and team development, aimed at energizing teams, supporting leaders, and creating truly memorable moments. We are looking for experts and practitioners in culture, well-being, development, arts, and related fields who are interested in facilitating workshops, sessions, programs, retreats, and other experiential formats. Your sessions can be interactive, such as a self-confidence, art, or mixology workshop, more contemplative, such as meditation or a musical performance, or a mix of both. We operate in Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Australia.

Requirements

• Expertise in well-being, arts/crafts, coaching, or development.
• Experience in facilitating groups, teams, or organizations.
• Legal right to practice as an independent professional (freelance, business owner, professional structure, etc.).
• Passion for facilitating and a desire to contribute to Culture Vitale's network.

Nice To Haves

• Artisans, creatives, and artists (crafts, visual arts/art therapy, collective improvisation, music, magic, writing, theater, pottery, dance/movement, etc.).
• Coaches and development experts (communication, public speaking, systemic coaching, team cohesion, mindset, intercultural training, problem-solving, empathy, etc.).
• Sensory and artisanal experts (perfumery, culinary experiences/mixology, wine/tea pairings, body percussion, leather, soap or candle making, etc.).
• Wellness professionals (meditation, yoga, breathwork, sound therapy, aromatherapy, gratitude practices, mindful eating, etc.).
• Proposing something else that aligns with the Culture Vitale universe.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops, sessions, programs, retreats, and other experiential formats.
• Design and lead interactive or contemplative sessions related to culture, well-being, development, arts, and crafts.
• Define your own rates for services.
• Promote your business using your premium profile page.
