In this hands-on position, you’ll help build high-quality cabinetry by assembling products with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail. Working alongside a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you’ll contribute to creating finished products that reflect the craftsmanship and quality Valley Cabinet is known for.
Requirements
- Ability to use hand tools and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required.

- Experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks using hand tools, equipment, and standard processes.
- Follow work instructions, drawings, or specifications.
- Ensure products are assembled accurately and meet quality standards.
- Inspect materials and completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify and communicate issues as needed.
- Support production schedules and maintain consistent output.
- Contribute to efficient workflow and team productivity.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership.
- Support team goals and overall production success.
- Perform other duties as assigned
