FAC ENG/FUEL TECHNICIAN 1
About The Position
Responsible for fuel service needs at 25–30 stores within an assigned territory. The technician troubleshoots and makes repairs in a timely manner, communicating with store personnel, Facility management, and the Fuel Lead. The role is scheduled for 24/7 duty and requires performing all tasks safely and in accordance with corporate policies and state and federal laws. The technician is expected to model the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. The position services and performs preventive maintenance on retail fuel-center equipment, including dispensers, signs and lighting, intercom systems, pumps, and monitoring devices. It also involves servicing price-sign and lighting controllers, troubleshooting electrical components, and supporting special fuel-center projects.
Requirements

- Electrical experience.
- Ability to travel independently.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams.
- Ability to work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Overtime may be required at times.

Responsibilities
- Service price sign controllers, lighting controllers, and intercom systems.
- Service and perform preventive maintenance on retail fuel-center dispensers, signs and lighting, intercom systems, pumps, and monitoring devices.
- Support special fuel-center projects.
- Service Dresser Wayne fuel dispensers, Veeder-Root tank monitors, and F.E. Petro pumps and controllers.
- Troubleshoot electrical components.
- Communicate with store personnel, Facility management, and the Fuel Lead about service needs and repairs.
- Perform work safely in accordance with corporate policies and state and federal laws.
- Work scheduled 24/7 duty and a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
