About The Position

This position is responsible for completing commercial carpentry tasks such as installing drywall, ceramic and vinyl floor tile, repairing cabinets or shelving, fixing doors and windows, performing cement work, installing acoustical ceilings, and working with locks. The role also involves completing and submitting accurate time reports and vehicle inventory via company computer programs, performing preventive maintenance in assigned stores twice a year, and ensuring maintenance expenses meet annual budgetary guidelines. The essential functions of this position must be performable with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit accurate reporting of time reporting and vehicle inventory by scheduled dates via company computer programs.
• Perform preventive maintenance in assigned stores at least twice per year.
• Ensure maintenance expense (by account code) of assigned stores meet annual budgetary guidelines.
