The Fabricator is responsible for producing and assembling metal components used in HVAC systems by applying cutting, forming, and joining techniques to meet quality and production standards. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a related field
- Experience with welding and metal joining processes (GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, seam/spot welding preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Knowledge of shop safety practices
- Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening

Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble metal components using cutting, forming, and joining processes

- Operate shop equipment, including shears, presses, and related machinery

- Work collaboratively to meet production goals while maintaining a safe work environment
