The Fabricator is responsible for producing and assembling metal components used in HVAC systems by applying cutting, forming, and joining techniques to meet quality and production standards. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a related field
  • Experience with welding and metal joining processes (GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, seam/spot welding preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Knowledge of shop safety practices
  • Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening

  • GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, seam/spot welding

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and assemble metal components using cutting, forming, and joining processes
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
  • Operate shop equipment, including shears, presses, and related machinery
  • Inspect work to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively to meet production goals while maintaining a safe work environment
