About The Position

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a skilled and dependable Fabricator to support the construction, modification, and maintenance of equipment and structural components across our facilities. This role is responsible for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials to meet precise specifications while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. The Fabricator will collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to deliver durable and effective solutions, upholding Tidal Wave Auto Spa’s high standards of operational excellence.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in fabrication, welding, or metalworking.
• Experience working with a variety of materials (steel, aluminum, etc.).
• Proficiency in welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with fabrication tools and machinery.
• Strong understanding of measurements, tolerances, and material properties.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to lift, carry, and work with heavy materials.
• Ability to work in various environments, including workshops and outdoor settings.
• Can pass a drug test and criminal background check.
• Legally eligible to work in United States.

Nice To Haves

• Technical training or certification in welding, fabrication, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or maintenance environments preferred.
• Welding certification (AWS or equivalent) preferred.
• OSHA safety training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install metal and other materials according to specifications and drawings.
• Operate fabrication equipment such as welders, saws, grinders, and cutting tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform welding, drilling, and finishing work to ensure high-quality output.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
• Conduct repairs and modifications to existing equipment and structures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to support projects and repairs.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve fabrication processes and efficiency.
