About The Position

Seaman Corporation is a manufacturer of high-quality industrial coated fabrics, based in Northeast Ohio for over 75 years. Our manufacturing facility promotes a collaborative and innovative atmosphere, and we celebrate our team-based approach. Manufacturing is the core of our business. As of March 1, 2026, our Wooster facility has transitioned to a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3, 12-hour shift rotation schedule. Must be able to work within that schedule. We are currently looking for a Fabricator for A Shift, 7am to 7pm.

Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED required
• Work-Keys Assessments
• Drug Screening
• Criminal Background Check

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Some computer skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Ability to bend, lift, stand repetitively throughout the shift
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, throughout the work shift
• Ability to work with hands, reach with hands and arms
