About The Position

Immediate openings for experienced Fabricators on day/night shifts. The role is responsible for welding and fabricating structural steel components using MIG and/or stick welding, following blueprints and work instructions. The position requires the ability to start immediately.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months fabrication experience preferred
• Production welding experience is a plus
• AWS certification helpful but not required
• Ability to pass welding test/ certification
• Ability to read measuring tools and perform basic math
• Knowledge of fabrication equipment and hand tools required
• Basic math and measuring skills required
• Able to work overtime/weekends when needed
• Knowledge of steel alloys, welding material, and fabrication tools preferred
• MUST be able to pass a Drug Screening

Responsibilities

• Set up fabrication tools and equipment
• Measure, cut, tack, weld, grind, and clean materials
• Read blueprints and weld symbols
• Operate welders, torches, drills, saws and other shop equipment
• Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
• Maintain equipment and keep work area clean
• Report equipment or quality issues to supervisor
