CWWC is looking for woodworkers to add to our growing team. Ideal candidate will be able to adapt to our standards and achieve proficiency in a range of skills including custom cabinet construction and various woodworking techniques throughout the assembly process. Pay is determined based on experience and skill level. Requirements

Prior woodworking/carpentry experience
Good communication skills.
Exceptional analytical, problem identification, and problem-solving skills.
Organized and detail oriented.
Maintains proper attendance.
Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Respectfully takes direction from Manager.
Enforce and practice policies to establish a culture of health and safety.
Ability to learn reading and interpreting design drawings and production documents.
Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
Ability to effectively communicate across departments

Responsibilities

Promote and adhere to all safety guidelines, policies, and practices. Immediately report all incidents, injuries or near misses to a Foreperson.
Build cabinetry in units according to the Project estimate specifications to meet client requests
Work efficiently and collaboratively to ensure all deadlines are met.
Use all basic hand tools safely and competently.
Read and interpret design drawings and production documents.
May cross train to perform other duties.
