About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our 1st shift team. This is a hands-on role in a metal fabrication environment focused on quality, accuracy, and production efficiency. You will be responsible for setting up and operating fabrication equipment, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring all finished parts meet strict quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a metal fabrication environment required
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
• Proficient with measuring and inspection tools
• Experience operating industrial machinery
• Basic shop math skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fabrication machinery and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, height gauges, squares, tape measures, angle finders)
• Perform basic shop math to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work independently and with a team to meet production goals
