Requirements
- Two to three years of recent assembly, brazing, soldering, and tig welding experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools
- Must be versatile
- Possess a good command of the English language both oral and written
- Must possess a laser sharp focus to detail
- High school graduate or have a GED
- Ability to read and write in English
- Must be a quick learner and be able to follow procedures and written documentation to build products
- Must be willing to learn
- Must pass a basic Math and English test with 75% accuracy
- Work well in team environment
- Flexible
Responsibilities
- Assembly
- Brazing
- Soldering
- TIG welding
- Read blueprints
- Use hand tools
- Complete audits on 5S, kanban
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
