About The Position

Reworld is seeking a skilled Fabricator / Welder to support project-based shop work. This role is responsible for the fabrication and welding of steel and stainless-steel assemblies of varying complexity while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is a safety-focused professional with strong fabrication skills, code welding experience, and a desire to grow a long-term career in industrial fabrication.

Requirements

Certified MIG and TIG welding experience
Proven ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
Hands-on experience with metal fabrication tools and shop equipment
Ability to safely operate overhead cranes and mobile material-handling equipment
Technical or vocational welding school training, or equivalent welding experience
Ability to work 12-hour shifts as required by project schedules
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and welding for extended periods

Nice To Haves

Code welding experience, including pressure vessel or code-standard work
Experience welding P1, P3, P4, and P5 materials

Responsibilities

Fabricate steel and stainless-steel assemblies of varied size and difficulty
Interpret and work from blueprints, fabrication drawings, and specifications
Perform MIG and TIG welding in accordance with applicable codes and standards
Measure, cut, bend, and form metal components using shop equipment
Operate fabrication equipment including plasma table, press brake, band saws, torches, lathes, mills, and hand tools
Safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and telehandlers
Perform code welding, including pressure vessel–certified welding when required
Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
Collaborate effectively with shop team members and project stakeholders
Maintain zero tolerance for unsafe behaviors or conditions involving yourself and others
Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail and pride in results
