About The Position
Midwest Finishing Systems is a leader in the design, fabrication, and installation of complete turnkey systems for industrial finishing and powder coating applications. Our Shop Welders do more than just weld production parts...they are a Fabricator/Welder. We are looking for employees who are tired of the same boring production welding jobs and are looking for more customized jobs that allow them to use their experience and expertise.
Requirements
- Prior MIG experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Capable of lifting at least 50lbs
- Excellent attendance is necessary
- Team player mentality
Nice To Haves
- Blueprint reading experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and weld custom parts for industrial finishing and powder coating systems.
