About The Position

This role is responsible for producing high-quality fabricated parts using various fabrication equipment. The Fabricator II will operate production lines as a loaded/unloader, or on a drill press station, weld nut station, saw, or other basic fabrication equipment and tooling. The position involves conducting inspections according to relevant gage plans, operating inspection equipment, and troubleshooting as needed. Key responsibilities include set-up, work preparation, fabrication, clean-up, preventative maintenance of machine centers, and ensuring the quality of one's own work and work area. The role requires adherence to policies, procedures, customer service goals, and quality standards while meeting production targets. Accurate record-keeping in accordance with Stryker specifications is essential. A commitment to quality involves striving for reliability and excellence in products, seeking continuous improvement, and meeting all training and documentation criteria. The role also requires meeting work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.

Requirements

  • One (1) year Manufacturing Experience
  • Ability to lift/carry 10-50 lbs. on a frequent basis depending on product line, may rarely lift/carry 50-75 lbs.

  • Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications

Benefits

  • $21.90/hr + $1.50 shift premium plus bonus eligible and benefits
