About The Position

This role involves operating robotic welding equipment safely and efficiently, following production procedures and work instructions. The Fabricator II will load, unload, position, and secure parts in robotic welding cells to ensure accurate and consistent weld quality. They will also monitor welding processes, perform basic equipment adjustments, and inspect completed welds and assemblies to meet quality and dimensional requirements. The position requires identifying and resolving weld defects, material issues, and equipment concerns, while maintaining accurate records and supporting continuous improvement. A clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment must be maintained, adhering to all safety, quality, and PPE requirements.

Requirements

1+ year of Fabrication Experience
Material Handling Experience

Responsibilities

Operate robotic welding equipment safely and efficiently while following established production procedures and work instructions.
Load, unload, position, and secure parts in robotic welding cells to ensure accurate and consistent weld quality.
Verify correct part identification, orientation, and component usage before initiating welding operations.
Monitor welding processes, recognize abnormal conditions, and perform basic equipment adjustments within established guidelines.
Inspect completed welds and assemblies to ensure they meet quality, dimensional, and production requirements.
Identify, communicate, and help resolve weld defects, material issues, damaged parts, and equipment concerns.
Maintain accurate production and quality records while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Follow all safety, quality, and PPE requirements while maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
