You will also be competent in setting up work cells, performing hot and cold forming operations, generating and implementing Lean continuous improvement ideas, vent checking runners and pumps, and operating main cranes to make lifts of components up to 25 tons. Essential functions include accurately interpreting instructions, prints, and work orders; reading and recording measurements; keeping equipment and work area clean; informing supervisors of problems; and painting equipment and job parts. You will also assemble finished machined parts to prove fit and for further machining.
