Requirements

• Strong blueprint skills
• 7 years of progressive experience with MIG and TIG Fabrication skills in a Production environment
• Proven ability to Training incoming and more junior welders in techniques and best practices
• Experience with railings, fences, stairs, or other architectural products
• Experience with Aluminum and Stainless Steel
• Understands grinding, surface prep, and blending for coatings stages
• Adhere strictly to OSHA Safety compliance

Responsibilities
