About The Position

Superior Dairy is looking for 1st shift Fabrication candidates that are self-driven and able to get projects finished in a timely manner. Candidates must be open minded and ready to make necessary changes on the go. Candidates will also become familiar with safety, quality and how to be successful in a team environment. Candidates must be 18 years of age and have fabrication background. Must have flexibility in work schedule such as overtime, weekends and holidays . Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be able to successfully complete all post-offer, pre-employment contingencies
  • Ability to work any and/or rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, or overtime if applicable
  • Active 6G welding certification
  • Proven TIG welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Basic fabrication skills (cutting, grinding, fitting, layout, and assembly)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to safety procedures and standards

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing and/or industrial experience
  • Previous experience as Production Associate in a manufacturing plant
  • Additional education and/or certification in manufacturing
  • Experience adhering to industry-specific safety standards

Responsibilities
