Transform the everyday with us We are looking for a Fabrication Supervisor, which must be flexible to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed to join our team! This position will be based at our Fort Worth, TX site. Shift: 1st shift

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meeting production goals (KPIs).
  • Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
  • Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources.
  • Ensuring production plans are completed on time; communicating with other manufacturing departments with transparency to work status.
  • Coordinating workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
  • Submit reports on performance and progress; identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
