Ferguson Enterprises is hiring a 1st Shift Fabrication Supervisor at $26.00 per hour. Requirements

  • Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • A self-starter who can learn systems quickly and identify ways to improve processes
  • Knowledgeable in safety regulations, fabrication procedures, and manufacturing best practices
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily fabrication operations, leading your team from project design through manufacture and delivery
  • Oversee quality control, monitor production progress, and ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • Prioritize workflow across the shop floor and allocate resources efficiently and effectively
  • Champion health and safety compliance, including OSHA regulations and applicable fire codes
  • Deliver hands-on training that keeps the workplace safe and the team performing at a high level
  • Uphold company core values, standard operating procedures, and best manufacturing practices
  • Maintain regular, reliable attendance and support the team with additional duties as needed
