  • 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
  • Knowledgeable of Lean Manufacturing.
  • Must be able to program CNC equipment and understand Lasers.

  • New ideas and concepts are important but must be carefully analyzed and tested before being implemented.
  • Minimal collaboration is required.
  • When delegation is required, follow up will be close.

  • Program CNC equipment and understand Lasers.
  • Train others to make and uphold accurate decisions.
