Our next colleague will hold a permanent & full-time position at the Champlin, MN plant. You will be asked to perform a wide variety of assembly tasks and will learn maintenance technician and millwright skills.

Requirements

Three (3) years of related work experience;
Ability to read technical plans;
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be autonomous;
Be organized, rigorous and meticulous;
Must be able lift, push, pull at least 50 lbs;
Have a positive and professional attitude towards your team and internal and external clients.

Nice To Haves

Personal tools is a plus, but not a must;

Responsibilities

Mechanically assemble pipes, equipment, instruments, and valves to frame structures with fasteners ranging from 10-32 to 1” diameter bolts and equipment up to 50 lbs;
Glue PVC pipe assemblies ranging from ½” to 12” pipe diameter;
Measure, cut, drill, and tap steel frames and PVC pipes;
Cut & thread stainless steel pipe;
Respect the project timeline;
Ensure a good quality product by using your attention to detail;
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition;
Respect and follow safety regulations.
