About The Position

Eagle Crusher is seeking an individual to join their Fabrication Team. This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow within the Fabrication department, which has four distinct levels of progression. As a Level 1 Fabrication Operator, the individual will be proficient in one core area, such as the Burn Table or Drills & Saws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) or more years of experience in the metal manufacturing industry.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret a ruler, gauges and other measuring devices.
• Ability to commit to flexible schedule and prompt arrival for shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in two (2) core areas (Burn Table and Drills & Saws) for Level 2 progression.
• Proficiency in Brake Press for Level 3 progression.
• Proficiency in all core areas (Burn Table, Drills & Saws, Brake Press) or qualified as a Tool Room Machinist for Level 4 progression.
