About The Position
Belt Power is seeking a skilled Fabrication Lead to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will combine hands-on fabrication expertise with leadership responsibilities, helping guide production activities, train team members, and ensure quality standards across fabrication and installation operations.
Requirements
- Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, conveyor belting, industrial maintenance, or a related mechanical field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership experience or the ability to guide and train others.
- Ability to read measurements, diagrams, and work instructions accurately.
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering quality work.
Responsibilities
- Lead advanced conveyor belt fabrication and assembly projects.
- Train, mentor, and support fabrication team members.
- Perform conveyor belt splicing, repairs, and custom fabrication work.
- Troubleshoot technical and production-related issues.
- Support inventory management, shop organization, and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and customer service.
- Assist with field installations and customer support as needed.
