About The Position

This role involves owning fabrication execution and inventory control across the business, ensuring materials and fabricated components are available on time, to spec, and within budget, from supplier through production and shipment. The position is central to engineering, suppliers, and operations, with accountability for schedule, quality, and inventory discipline. It is described as a hands-on execution role, not a coordinator position. The successful candidate will ensure fabricated components arrive on time, complete, and usable, that inventory is accurate, right-sized, and available, and that suppliers perform without constant escalation, leading to projects moving through fabrication without disruption or rework. The role emphasizes anticipating and resolving issues before they impact the schedule and taking ownership of outcomes.
