About The Position

This role is responsible for setting up combos, moving and placing product as needed for production. The position is for the 2nd shift and involves occasional weekend work. Candidates must demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality, be able to utilize a pallet jack, pass a driver certification, and read product labels by numbers. The work environment is around moving machinery in a cold, slippery, and damp environment (28-34 degrees F). The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. This position is currently slated for team members already working at the facility or complex.

Requirements

• Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to utilize pallet jack
• Ability to pass driver certification
• Must be able to read product label by numbers
• Ability to carry out essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, within safety guidelines
• Ability to wear, use and maintain personal protective equipment
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
• Stand/Walk: Continuously (up to 4 hours before 1st break)
• Lift/Carry: Continuously (20 – 50 lbs.)
• Simple/Firm Grasping: Frequently
• Bend/stoop, squat, reach above shoulder (up to 1 ft.): Occasional
• Working around moving machinery, working in a cold, slippery and damp environment (28-34 degrees F)
• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Set up of Combos and get ready for production
• Move product throughout the production floor as needed
• Weigh and label the combos
• Maintain Inventory of product
• Keep work areas clean
• All other duties assigned
