About The Position

We're seeking a detail-oriented Fabric Coordinator to drive organization and accuracy across our seasonal fabric development process. This role serves as the central hub for fabric data management, ensuring seamless coordination between design, production, and sustainability initiatives. You'll maintain comprehensive fabric libraries while supporting the development pipeline through precise data entry, testing protocols, and sustainable attribute tracking.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in fabric R&D, raw materials or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work streams with tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead seasonal fabric library maintenance by organizing, updating, and managing comprehensive fabric collections
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute seasonal fabric development orders within established calendar parameters
  • Manage fabric data entry into PLM systems including generating material IDs, reviewing fabric information sheets, and creating sample POs
  • Provide innovative solutions for fabric organization by creating and maintaining seasonal binders with headers, cuttings, and development materials
  • Maintain compliance with data accuracy standards through timely entry of fabric and raw material information
  • Support sustainability initiatives by assisting with tracking and tracing sustainable fabric attributes
  • Coordinate fabric testing protocols to ensure quality standards and performance requirements
