About The Position

COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services is looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented individual to join our work family as a Fabric Cleaning Specialists. Fabric Cleaning Specialists cleans drapery and blind in our plant for the customer. We will provide you with hands on PAID training . Requirements

Have strong customer service skills and handle challenging situations in a professional manner and able to make a good first impression with customers.
Have a strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Have strong communication, listening, and math skills.
Ability to work independently to support the group effort.
The ability to complete work orders and meet deadlines.
Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be able to, but not limited to, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

Responsibilities

Acquire knowledge of cleaning procedures, techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
Adhere to personal safety standards by wearing the appropriate protective gear and using the right equipment.
Ask customers and team members for additional information when necessary.
Perform preventative maintenance of equipment as necessary.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure it functions properly.
Promptly report worn and broken equipment to supervisor.
Assist with establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
Earn certifications in various areas of expertise needed to work in the field.
