Requirements

5 Years Painting Experience
Clean driving record
Basic Computer Skills
Ability to climb ladders & work from heights

Responsibilities

Structural painting (steel) using spray gun, rolling, and brush painting, understanding the appropriate application for the material being painted.
Painting from a ladder, scissor lift, or while laying on a creeper.
Grinding, sanding, wire brushing, taping, and prepping material for paint.
Operating a forklift and other moving devices.
Working overtime if needed (after normal shop hours and/or weekends).
Calling vendors to order paint and other necessary job materials.
Cleaning and sweeping work areas, and performing other tasks as needed when not painting.
Changing paint booth filters and maintaining cleanliness of the paint booth and surrounding area.
