About The Position

Serve as a Fab Operations Technician/Clean Room Technician producing high-quality products for customers. The role operates assigned machines in a cleanroom environment and involves loading and unloading wafer production machines. Employees follow detailed instructions, inspect finished products, and comply with gowning procedures and safety standards. The schedule is D Shift: Wednesday through Friday in week one and Wednesday through Saturday in week two, from 6:55 p.m. to 7:10 a.m. The role offers a 15% differential.

Requirements

Be 18 years or older.
Have 5 years of experience operating semiconductor fabrication tools.
Have basic computer skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness and desire to learn and grow.
High school diploma, GED diploma, or equivalent.
Experience with MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Effective organizational and planning skills.
Ability to repetitively lift up to 12 pounds.
Ability to work in a cleanroom wearing full personal protective equipment attire.
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
Availability to work a compressed work week, including weekends and overtime.

Previous semiconductor industry or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Operate assigned machines in a cleanroom environment.
Load and unload wafer production machines (microchips).
Follow detailed instructions to ensure correct procedures are completed.
Perform quality inspections on finished products.
