SAIC has an opportunity for a Junior FAA Aviation Data Analyst. This role is remote and requires 10% travel. Responsibilities include reviewing aviation-related information to assist in decisions about flight routes, spending practices, employee efficiency, safety, aviation regulations (including national security) and other topics. The role involves using data to make predictions and give estimations related to all aspects of aviation, performing operational analysis, and developing concepts of operations. The analyst will also analyze architecture/overall systems design, concept of operations, design, and implementation plans. Tasks include performing data-driven assessments, providing technical assistance in strategic planning, research and development, operations research, systems engineering, and briefing development support. Additionally, the role involves preparing and developing various documents and briefings. The position may require firsthand support for Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), including development of As-Is Analysis, To-Be Analysis, and Alternatives Analysis, to make recommendations for improving existing processes and procedures for organizations within and related to the BNATCS RSR Program.
