About The Position
The F5 Load Balancer Engineer will be responsible for daily administration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of F5 BIG-IP infrastructure supporting business-critical applications. This is a hybrid position, 4 days onsite at client location in Tulsa, and 1 day remote per week.
Requirements
- Experience in F5 administration.
- Hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM.
- Good understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, and SSL.
- Experience handling production incidents and changes.
- F5 Load Balancers
- 3-5 Years of experience
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of GTM, ASM/WAF, and iRules preferred.
- F5-CA/F5-CTS certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage F5 LTM, GTM/DNS, and SSL certificate lifecycle.
- Configure and maintain VIPs, Pools, Nodes, Profiles, and Persistence settings.
- Monitor device health, synchronization, CPU, memory, and traffic utilization.
- Support application onboarding and load balancing requirements.
- Troubleshoot application accessibility and performance issues.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, backups, upgrades, and health checks.
- Collaborate with application, server, and network teams.
- Support incident, request, and change management activities.
