Hybrid F45 Trainer & Sales Associate
About The Position
F45 Boerum Hill is a team-training studio built around fast, functional, 45-minute workouts and a community that actually shows up for each other. This is a true hybrid role for someone who doesn't want to choose between selling and coaching — because you're great at both. Part of your week you're on the desk: converting leads, running tours, closing memberships, and making sure every new member feels like they belong. The rest of your week you're on the floor: coaching classes, cueing form, and being the energy that makes someone come back tomorrow. The two halves feed each other — you sell the experience more convincingly because you're the one delivering it.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience
- A nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Comfortable with outbound calling and striking up conversations with strangers
- Exceptionally personable, positive, and people-focused
- CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain
Nice To Haves
- F45 certification, or willingness to earn it
- Sales experience in fitness, hospitality, or membership-based business
- Familiarity with MindBody, Loyalsnap, or similar CRM/sales tools
Responsibilities
- Run the full sales cycle: generate and follow up on leads, book tours, and close new memberships
- Deliver studio tours that turn curiosity into commitment
- Build real relationships with new members from their very first day so they stick around
- Hit monthly new-member targets and track your own pipeline
- Get out into the neighborhood — local businesses, residential buildings — and generate leads face-to-face
- Lead F45's team-based classes and make every member feel like the workout was designed just for them
- Coach real form, real safety, real results for every fitness level in the room
- Turn first-timers into regulars — the same members you signed up on the desk
- Keep the studio running like clockwork — equipment set up, broken down, and ready to go
- Be the reason someone's day got better, whether they met you at the front desk or in class
