This position drives the execution of site and depot activation sustainment contracts from initiation to closeout, ensuring delivery meets cost, schedule, and technical performance goals. It involves leading program planning, forecasting, budgeting, manpower allocation, and execution to fulfill contract requirements and stakeholder expectations. The role requires collaboration with internal teams (Finance, Contracts, Business Acquisition Center of Excellence) to foster process improvements and align initiatives. It also serves as the primary interface with external customers, IPMT leadership, and stakeholders to manage risks, identify opportunities, and ensure contract success. The position oversees contract communications, deliverables, and reporting requirements, including Financial EACs, to internal and external stakeholders. The role emphasizes agility and adaptability by focusing on outcomes, leveraging an iterative approach, and responding effectively to shifting priorities.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Engineering, Logistics or Management disciplines required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, customer communications, engineering, and/or logistics required.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
