The F135 Deputy Property Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the F135 Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) team in overall F135 property system compliance. The F135 Deputy Property Manager will support FAR, DFAR, and FIAR related property requirements discussions, and perform periodic F135 property reviews at F135 locations. The F135 property lead will support training and develop process improvement and track corrective actions associated with systemic weaknesses.

Requirements

  • BS/BA
  • 8 years of experience in supply chain, property, and/or project management or an Advanced degree with 5 years of supply chain, property, and/or project management
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Work with the F135 FIAR team to develop integration plans and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance to overall F135 property goals.
  • Support inventory and audit activities, deliver master property reporting, troubleshoot property related concerns and support the digital solution for GFP Module automation to align with required property life cycle reporting.
  • Drive improvements throughout property lifecycle events to enable compliance to new and evolving government compliance initiative and regulations.
  • Communicate and strive to build strong relationship skills and ability to interact well with the USG customer.
