Aftermarket and Sustainment Engineering (ASE) is seeking a F100/TF33 Repair Program Lead to support our Operational Military Engines (OME) Repair Program Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering with 10+ years of combined experience in engineering and project management, OR an advanced degree with 7+ years of combined experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management and related disciplines within the work area.
  • US citizenship is required due to government contracts
  • Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee F100 and TF33 Repair Program plans, ensuring the completion of all program deliverables, including repairs and associated repair tooling.
  • Collaborate with the ASE OME Repair Program Manager to plan, track, and execute repair activities, ensuring alignment with internal and external customers across P&W organizations.
  • Share ownership of internal (including Program Chief Engineer) and external customer satisfaction by setting and meeting expectations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitor task progress and work with project teams to remove roadblocks, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Support the ASE OME Repair Program Manager with overall repair program planning and financial management.
  • Coordinate content and coverage for internal and external customer meetings.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of recurring Repair Reviews, while participating in key program reviews such as SIPTs, IPMTs, Roadmaps, Front-to-Back Reviews, and more.
