F&I Manager
About The Position
Primary responsibility is in the role of Finance & Insurance (F&I). Complete credit applications with sales customers on the purchase of new and pre-owned vehicles after a customer has agreed to purchase. Submit deals using RouteOne for approval. Print the correct documents needed for the lender or prepare the e-sign documents. Present and sell vehicle service contracts, Simoniz Glass Coat, various GAP contracts, and other available products. Complete all documentation with the customer. Ensure deals are funded within a timely manner. Assist sales staff with customer follow-up or "desking" deals when the sales manager is off.
Requirements
- Experience in F&I is preferred but not required.
- No college degree is required.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Knowledge of CVR, IL TRP, and State Taxes.
- Proficiency with the Reynolds and Reynolds (ERA Ignite) DRM system.
- Proficiency with customer CRM systems, including VinSolutions.
