Requirements

Must have experience in the auto industry, knowledge of F&I regulations, and maintain high customer service satisfaction.
Being confident, independent, and driven to win is critical.
Automotive F&I experience in a Dealership setting
Documentation of current and past performance
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Excellent grammar and writing skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
2+ years of dealership finance experience is required
A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goal
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
