About The Position

Allen Turner Automotive is looking for an experienced and driven Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team at Allen Turner Genesis in Pensacola, FL. The F&I Manager is responsible for assisting customers with financing and protection product options while ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with dealership, state, and federal guidelines. This role works closely with the sales team and lending institutions to deliver a seamless customer experience while maximizing dealership profitability and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Previous automotive F&I experience required
  • Strong understanding of automotive finance, compliance, and lender processes
  • Proven track record of achieving performance goals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, MVR check, and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in securing financing and presenting protection product options
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
  • Prepare and process all finance and insurance documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, lender, and dealership regulations
  • Present extended service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and other protection products
  • Review and finalize all paperwork related to vehicle purchases and financing
  • Work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high CSI scores through excellent customer service and professionalism
  • Monitor funding and resolve any contract or title issues promptly
  • Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry trends
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support dealership operations
