Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales or F&I.
Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
Proven success in customer engagement and relationship building.
Strong understanding of automotive financing, lender programs, and compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to understand their financing needs and present tailored finance and insurance options.
Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and dealership regulations while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Manage financial documents including contracts, funding packets, title work, and cash management.
Negotiate competitive financing terms with banks and lending partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, vendors, and OEMs.
Stay current on market trends, lending programs, and industry updates.
Partner with the sales team to support deal structure, increase product penetration, and contribute to store goals.
Train and support dealership staff on F&I processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely paperwork and funding.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
