Requirements

Proven experience as an F&I Manager in automotive retail
Strong closing skills and a high level of integrity
Knowledge of compliance, regulations, and lender guidelines
Ability to thrive in a high-volume dealership environment
Track record of strong product penetration and profitability
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities

Structure, present, and close finance deals in compliance with all regulations
Offer and sell a full suite of F&I products (service contracts, GAP, etc.)
Work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive experience for every customer
Maintain lender relationships and secure approvals efficiently
