Requirements

  • 2+ years of dealership F&I experience required with a verifiable record of success
  • Deep knowledge of automotive leasing, lending, and special finance
  • Strong command of state and federal compliance, including titling, registration, tax, and documentation
  • Professional presence, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage volume without sacrificing accuracy
  • Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Present finance and insurance solutions clearly, ethically, and confidently
  • Submit deals and secure approvals across multiple lending sources
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lenders
  • Drive profitability through strategic presentation of aftermarket products
  • Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Accurately complete all F&I contracts and documentation
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to deliver a seamless, transparent guest experience
