About The Position

We pride ourselves on integrity, performance, and a team-oriented culture. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team. The F&I Manager is responsible for presenting finance and insurance products to customers, securing competitive financing, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maximizing dealership profitability while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership
Strong understanding of finance, insurance products, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Present and sell finance and insurance products such as service contracts, GAP, credit insurance, and extended warranties
Structure finance deals and work with lenders to secure competitive loan terms
Ensure all paperwork and documentation are accurate, compliant, and completed promptly
Maintain thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations (FTC, RESPA, etc.)
Build strong relationships with lending institutions
Meet or exceed department sales and profit goals
Deliver a transparent, ethical, and customer-focused buying experience
Train and support sales staff on F&I processes when needed
