About The Position
Vallejo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced, compliance-focused F&I Manager to join our team. If you are driven, detail-oriented, and committed to ethical, transparent automotive sales, we want to hear from you. Position Overview: The F&I Manager is responsible for securing financing, presenting protection products, and ensuring every deal is structured in full compliance with California state laws and dealership policies .
Requirements
- Previous F&I Manager experience required (CDJR experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of California automotive compliance laws
- Proven track record of performance and product penetration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment

- CDJR experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Secure financing through lenders and financial institutions
- Present F&I products (GAP, service contracts, etc.) clearly and ethically
- Ensure full compliance with California regulations , including disclosure laws, rate accuracy, and documentation
- Maintain strict adherence to truth-in-lending, privacy, and fair lending practices
- Accurately complete and review all deal paperwork
- Work closely with sales team to finalize deals efficiently and transparently
- Provide a professional, pressure-free experience for every customer
