About The Position

The Food & Beverage Warehouse Team Member supports resort operations by receiving, organizing, and distributing food and beverage inventory to various outlets. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, handling deliveries, and ensuring storage areas are clean, safe, and well-stocked. Ideal for someone detail-oriented and dependable, this position is essential to keeping our F&B operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required by resort operations.
• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all food and beverage deliveries to all F&B locations.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse/stockroom/trailer.
• Daily stocking of products in storage areas.
• Receive and document orders from vendors/distributors.
• Assist in the completion of daily stock sheets with location supervisors.
• Keep all loading docks clean and clear of snow.
• Maintain and upkeep all vehicles of transportation including but not limited to carts, dollies, cargo vehicles. Communicate any issues with company vehicles to the vehicle maintenance team.
• Proper documentation on inbound deliveries.
• Adheres to all company safety policies and procedures, actively contributing to a safe working environment for self, coworkers, and guests.

This includes choosing alternative transportation, carpooling, using the employee shuttle, and avoiding onsite parking on weekends and peak days.
